Richard Roccanti

Richard Joseph Roccanti was born on July 15, 1960 in Worcester, Massachusets, the second child of Mr. Ferdinand Roccanti and Ms. Jean Goyette Roccanti. Soon after his birth, his family moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he grew up. In 1978 he graduaded high school from Westminister Academy in Ft. Lauderdale. From there, he matriculated at Montreat Anderson College where he met his future wife, Kimberly Ruth Walsdorf. In 1980 he graduated from there with an Associate of Science degree. He and his wife married on August 16, 1980. The newlyweds moved to Tallahassee, Florida where they both attended Florida State University. Richard graduated from FSU in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. After graduating, he taught science, computer science, and Bible for two years at Aucilla Christian Academy in Monticello, Florida. In 1987 he founded Computer 101, Inc, a computer retail store and training and service business. He founded SuperNet, an internet service provider, in 1994. From 1997 through 1999, he worked as a subcontractor for ORBComm Global where he traveled to places like Malaysia, Morocco, Thailand, Italy, Germany, and Japan to teach on global satellite communications. Currently Richard is the General Manager of Impressionz Printing, in Orlando FL. thorouthly enjoying the screen printing and apparel decorating industry. He continues to live in Clermont, Florida with his wife of 42 years, Kim. Their 4 children Nick, Daniel, Rikki, and Michaela are all grown and married and we now have 7 grandchildren. When not working, Richard enjoys playing golf, poker, billiards, and an assortment of strategic games. Mr. and Mrs. R. attend church regularly at Mosaic Church in Winter Garden, FL. I thank my Christian brother's Ev, Garry, Terry, Steve, Buz, David, Todd, Daniel, Charlie, Rex, Scott, Robert, Ron, and Desmond for always being available and a blessing to me!
